2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ReText utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to process, rewrite, and generate text. By using our Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The output generated by the Service is provided entirely by AI models.
  • ReText does not manually review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of the AI-generated responses.
  • ReText shall not be held liable or responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, offensive material, loss of data, or damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the AI-generated output.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the rewritten text before using it in any professional or personal capacity.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer a Pro subscription plan providing unlimited access to our premium rewriting features. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

  • No Refunds: All payments made for ReText Pro are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds, partial or full, will be granted under any circumstances, including early cancellation or lack of usage.
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring your payment method is valid.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReText, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.
